EDGE2EDGE 2.0

After riding my bike alongside the “Mighty Mississippi” river for two days, today I finally crossed it and what an eye-opening sight. There are chemical plants, grain storage silos and refineries spread along her shore. Ships and barges are being loaded and unloaded continuously.

I have to admit, I was surprised by the number of vessels moving up and down the river. All this action is a testament to the productivity of the American economy. EDGE Ingredients is a testament to productivity as well, as we utilize novel technologies to convert low value raw materials into highly functional ingredients. This in turn will help food formulators produce new consumer friendly products and improve productivity to the global food industry.
